File Naming Instructions for SHSTVET Admissions

Please name your files exactly as specified below. Incorrectly named files may not be processed correctly.

PTA Documents pta.pdf PTA_Docs.pdf, pta_document.pdf
Admission Brochure brochure.pdf brochure2023.pdf, admission_brochure.pdf
Foods and Nutrition foods.pdf food_nutrition.pdf, foods&nutrition.pdf
Clothing & Textiles clothing.pdf Clothing & Textiles.pdf, textiles.pdf
Visual Arts visual-arts.pdf visual_arts.pdf, arts.pdf

Important Notes:

  • Use only lowercase letters
  • Do not add extra words, numbers, or symbols
  • Use hyphens instead of spaces or underscores where specified
  • Ensure your files are in PDF format unless otherwise specified

Note: The system will only recognize files with the exact names specified above. If you have multiple pages for a document, combine them into a single PDF file with the correct name.
